Flat Blak Gallery invites emerging artists to show alongside some of our represented artists at our Halloween themed exhibition, R.I.P. City. Submissions must be under 18" x 18" and incorporate any aspect of Halloween. Be it spooky, risqué, funny or morbid —  Anything goes.    
Our group of jurors will review each artist's submission(s) and pick exhibition finalists to be displayed. The winners will be contacted and announced on Saturday, September 17th. Selected artists must be prepared to bring or ship their artwork to Flat Blak Gallery in Portland, OR prior to Saturday, October 1st.  
The $400 prize winner will be announced on the shows opening date during our monthly Second Saturday event — Saturday, October 8th, 5-8pm.
Artists may submit up to five separate images for review for a one time curation fee of $35. Payment of the curation fee is final. Flat Blak Gallery charges a 50% commission on all artwork sold during the exhibition. Artist submissions that have not paid the curation fee will not be reviewed or considered.  
Please submit your images via email to info@flatblakgallery.com and include: Your Name, Artwork Title, Medium, Size, Suggested Retail Price and preferred method of contact (if different than provided email).
