Everyone needs a Helping Hand. June 2018 Flat Blak teamed up with David Flores to create a 6 story mural in downtown Portland, OR to spread the message of helping one another. The wall is located on 13th and Jefferson, right next to a homeless youth help center. The mural took the artist and his two assistants one week to complete. We released a screenprint of the mural's image to coincide the project.Flores started his career working as a commercial artist in the skateboard industry where he discovered his passion for art and mural painting. London's Pure Evil came to visit us for the week of the show.  We got a lot done in one week: We ate and drank our way through Portland, we found a wall and painted it, we found the biggest antique sign we could fit in a truck, and you guessed it..painted it.  Pure Evil created an exclusive print for the show and all 112 were gone after the opening reception, it was a blast!

Artist Indie184 is a native New Yorker that has been active in the graffiti culture for over 15 years. Influenced by abstract expressionism and pop art, her paintings are raptures of color and texture fused with her original graffiti and street art imagery juxtaposed with personal messages. Indie's art has been exhibited in galleries and museums worldwide and can be spotted in the streets from the South Bronx to Paris. You can find her work throughout the Grand Theft Auto video game and in her recent collaborations with M·A·C Cosmetics, Marvel Comics and Netflix.
